Contouring and Setup Requirements for sf-SRS
Thierry Gevaert, PhD, from Universitair Ziekenhuis Brussel discusses how radiosurgery treatment is primarily limited by the least accurate process in the whole chain of events from patient scanning to treatment. He dives deeper into the topic by specifically covering errors that can occur during registration and contouring. Looking closely at the Brainlab Cranial Elements, including Elements Distortion Correction, and patient positioning and monitoring, he provides his experiences and recommendations to improve planning.
