The goal at his hospital is to treat all radiosurgery cases framelessly, however, he discusses the previous challenges in accomplishing that vision. He addresses the process of how to more toward frameless radiosurgery for AVM by explaining the process of creating a vessel tree with Brainlab SmartBrush Angio. To further highlight these conclusions, he uses studies and specific cases.
