🎉 Congratulations to Union Oncology Centre (Hong Kong) on successfully treating their first SGRT and SRS cases with ExacTrac Dynamic!
Located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, this state-of-the-art oncology center—an expansion from Union Hospital’s main campus in Shatin—was designed to bring highly accessible, premium cancer care right to the city center.
Following a seamless system upgrade from ExacTrac 6.5 to ExacTrac Dynamic, the center achieved a remarkable milestone: transitioning from comprehensive clinical training to live patient treatments in just a matter of days.
Behind this rapid and successful clinical go-live is a team of deeply dedicated radiotherapists and physicists. Operating with zero Linac downtime, the staff flawlessly balanced a heavy clinical workload while bringing incredible energy to every training session. Their meticulous attention to detail—from CT Sim and QA to dry runs and final treatments—reflects an unwavering commitment to the highest international standards of SRS accuracy and patient safety.
With these initial SGRT and cranial SRS treatments completed, we look forward to seeing the team expand their advanced ETD clinical workflows to DIBH breast and Spine SBRT cases in the near future.
This outstanding clinical rollout was also made possible by our exceptional service support team.
