What is the importance for target level today ? Why not keep always as planned target?
Areerat Katanyatachit
We’ve got a trouble with taking the ETD xray during the treatment at some gantry especially in medial tangential field. It looked like there’s some obstacle at this point.
Bogdan Valcu
Was that treatment on Varian or Elekta linac?

But we encountered this problem only in some patients at the same gantry like G300 degree for 3D-CRT DIBH tangent beam.

Hello,
Joseph Panetta
Are you aware of the any ability to use the DIBH workflow for end-expiration treatments (e.g., for abdominal cases?)
Areerat Katanyatachit
Thank you for your good advice. We will observe this and consult with our specialist again later.
Bogdan Valcu
Dear Joseph, thank you for the question. The current workflow is not designed to work for the entire breathing

range, it expects the breath hold to be at inhalation, or close to inhalation. We will release a more generic implementation soon that will work at any phase you like across a patient’s breathing pattern. This will be available with version 2.1.

Dear Novalis Circle Community:

I would like to invite you to participate in our second Live Stream on our mobile platforms that continues the review of ExacTrac Dynamic Clinical Workflows. On July 21st, I will be joined by our Novalis Key Account Manager @Julie Dillard and together we will showcase two applications for the Brainlab DIBH module: one, covering the standard workflow for left side breast with ETD imaging only and the second, a breath-hold solution for lung SBRT in conjunction with the on-board imager.

The stream will include the introduction of two clinical videos for ExacTrac Dynamic 1.1.x as well as a live question and answer session. For the latter, we will answer your inquiries submitted via the live chat interface.

Please join me on this interactive practical session! Looking forward to your participation.

Best regards,

@Bogdan Valcu
