We are investigating the relationship between ExacTrac imaging tolerance with localization & delivery accuracy of SRS. Just an FYI.. we use Brainlab Elements and a Truebeam with ExacTrac.
In a recent presentation by Javed Rahimian from Kaiser Permenante, the tolerances for ExacTrac image was stated to be 0.5 mm and 0.5deg in order for the gamma analysis in patient specific QA to be atleast 90%. Refer the image attached where X-axis is the ExacTrac 3D rotational tolerance and Y-axis is the Gamma passing rate.
Can I get a refence for this?
